This Shipping Policy outlines how IPL group ("we", "us", "our") handles the shipment of goods purchased through our website (iplgroup.com, the "Site") or directly from us. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
We offer shipping for our goods to customers located in:
Ireland
United Kingdom
European Union (EU) countries
International destinations outside of the EU
We aim to process and prepare orders for dispatch promptly. However, processing times can vary depending on product availability and the nature of the order. We will provide an estimated dispatch timeframe upon order confirmation or enquiry.
Shipping costs within Ireland are typically based on pallet space. Our current standard rate is €70 per pallet space. Some orders may require multiple pallet spaces depending on volume and size. We will confirm the final shipping cost with you before dispatch.
For all destinations outside of Ireland, including the United Kingdom, other EU countries, and international locations, shipping costs are determined on a case-by-case basis. This is due to the varying nature of our products, weights, dimensions, and destination-specific charges.

We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe when you place your order or make an enquiry. Please note that these are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed, especially for international shipments which may be subject to customs delays.
Order tracking information may be available for your shipment. If you require tracking details, please request this when placing your order or contact us after dispatch, and we will provide the information if available from the courier.
For valuable items, we recommend shipping insurance. We can arrange insurance for your shipment; however, the cost of this insurance will be borne by you, the customer. Please inform us if you wish to add shipping insurance to your order. IPL group is not liable for loss or damage during transit for uninsured shipments, beyond the standard liability offered by the carrier, where applicable.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the goods carefully. If you notice any damage that may have occurred during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We may request photographic evidence of the damage to assist with claims.
In the unfortunate event that a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate the shipment. For insured shipments, we will assist you with the claims process. The outcome for uninsured lost shipments will depend on the carrier's terms and conditions.
For all orders shipped outside of Ireland, you, the customer, are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, and other applicable fees levied by the destination country.
These charges are separate from the shipping costs paid to IPL group and are typically imposed directly by the customs authorities in your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
For business customers in the UK with a valid UK VAT registration number, VAT on goods may be zero-rated for export from Ireland, in line with current regulations. It is your responsibility to provide a valid VAT number at the time of ordering and to account for any applicable import VAT in the UK.
For business customers within the EU (outside Ireland) with a valid EU VAT registration number, VAT may be zero-rated under the reverse charge mechanism. Please provide your valid EU VAT number at the time of ordering.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before placing an order.
We offer a free Click & Collect service from our premises in Drogheda, Co. Louth, Ireland. If you wish to use this service, please select this option at checkout (if available) or inform us when placing your order.
We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation when collecting.
