The Weebol Flex: Passively Safe Reflective Bollard is a high-quality, single-piece moulded retro-reflective bollard with an integral flexing feature, available in either single or dual aspect. This passively safe reflective bollard delivers outstanding high-speed impact resistance and durability, providing effective traffic management even in the busiest of areas. Manufactured using a bespoke polymer material, its process is tuned to provide a one-piece body with flexibility at the hinge point and increased rigidity behind the deeply rebated reflective panel. This design controls where the bollard folds, preserving the panel and reducing damage by ensuring the body is the first impact point, not the panel. Recessed graphics and a flex point positioned to avoid panel creasing further minimise damage during an impact. The Weebol Flex is independently tested and meets the requirements of BS EN 12767:2007 to 100/NE/4, which equates to 100-NE-A-R-NS-MD-0 against BS EN 12767:2019. It is designed with an easy-clean surface and requires zero energy.

• Body: Single piece, rotationally moulded using UV stabilised linear low density polyethylene with easy clean surface treatment.
• Graphics: A 300mm diameter aspect in microprismatic retro-reflective material. All reflective panels meet the requirements of BS EN8408:2005.
• Compliance: BS EN 12767:2007 to 100/NE/4 (equates to 100-NE-A-R-NS-MD-0 against BS EN 12767:2019).
