Designed and manufactured in Australia, this product offers an exceptional impact recovery due to its unique polymer sheath and hinge design. It is engineered to self-align to a vertical position after sustaining severe impacts from vehicles in any direction, thus maintaining road safety at all times. The premium quality HDPE sheath has a recessed sign face area of over 50,000mm² on each side, making it ideal for cycleway route markers and many other applications. The assembled height of the post is 1 meter.

Installation & Maintenance

• Installation: Offers flexible installation options:
  • Surface Mount: For hard pavement installations, options include a Ø200mm polyurethane surface mount base (glue or bolt down) or bolt-down steel surface mount plates for raised curbs.
  • Ground Anchor: For medium and hard ground installations, driveable steel anchors (350mm, 450mm, 600mm picket) are available. Installation involves sliding the post's receptor plate onto the ground anchor and crimping to secure. Posts can be removed by uncrimping the receptor plate.
