Goal
After completing this guide, you will be able to correctly install QUICK-FLEX bollards for both permanent and removable applications using chemical anchors.
Fast and Flexible Lane Protection
Start hereQUICK-FLEX reboundable bollards are designed for high-impact durability and rapid deployment. Made from highly flexible polyurethane, these bollards are suitable for lane protection, cycle paths, and upgrading existing streetscapes. They feature a 100% ability to return to their original shape immediately after knockdown and provide excellent protection against UV and thermal degradation.
Technical Specifications
Before beginning your installation, ensure you have selected the correct model for your requirements. All models feature a 50mm reflective tape and a 100mm screw depth below ground.
- QF450: 450mm height, 1.0kg weight
- QF670: 670mm height, 1.2kg weight
- QF800: 800mm height, 1.7kg weight
- QF1000: 1000mm height, 1.9kg weight

Installation Steps
- Drill: Use a 24mm masonry bit to drill a hole in the road surface to a depth of 100mm.
- Clean: Thoroughly clean the drilled hole to remove dust and debris to ensure adequate adhesion.
- Fill: Pump a suitable chemical anchor (such as Wurth WIT-PM 200, DeWalt PV45, or Sika Anchorfix) into the hole, filling from the bottom up to the finished surface.
- Insert: Insert the bollard assembly into the adhesive using a slow, twisting motion.
- Cure: Allow the adhesive to dry completely. Refer to the specific adhesive datasheet for required curing times.
