Product Overview

The SITRANS FMS300 is a magnetic flow sensor designed for volume flow measurement of conductive liquids. Its high level of product configuration allows it to be used in a wide range of flow applications. The sensor includes grounding electrodes as standard, with measuring electrodes that can withstand extreme processes, and various liner materials are available. The fully welded construction provides supreme ruggedness and durability even under the toughest operating conditions, ensuring maintenance-free operation over many years.

• Design: Fully welded construction with no moving parts.
• Liner Materials: Soft rubber (Neoprene), EPDM, PTFE, Ebonite, Linatex, and PFA.
• Electrode Materials: Stainless steel AISI 316Ti, Hastelloy C276 (C22 for PFA), Platinum, Titanium, Tantalum, and Ceramic coated options.
• Process Connections: Flanges comply with EN 1092-1, ANSI B16.5, AWWA C-207, AS 2129, AS 4087, and JIS B 2220 standards.
• Protection: Standard degree of protection is IP66/67, with optional IP68 (NEMA 6P) protection class available for the sensor.

• Accuracy: Measuring accuracy is +/- 0.4% of the flow rate, with an optional +/- 0.2% accuracy available.
