Installation & Maintenance

• Installation: Easy and secure installation with a dedicated assembly kit, including coach screws (hardened steel, zinc corrosion protection, 120mm overall length, 10mm diameter), anchor plugs (Nylon, 100mm length, Ø14mm external diameter), and galvanised steel washers. For tarmac installation, the process includes preparing the surface, drilling holes, applying JCP JFEA300SF polyester styrene-free 2-part epoxy resin, inserting sleeve anchors, inserting screwbolts (M12) and tightening them rapidly to expand the anchors, allowing curing time as per manufacturer's instructions, and a final check for security.
• Maintenance: Constructed for high durability and a long service life with minimal maintenance costs. The galvanised steel fixings provide corrosion protection. Regular inspection is recommended to ensure stability.
