Monicon T100 Sensor
The T100 is a highly reliable 4-20mA, 2-wire transmitter housed in a rugged, compact metallic enclosure. It incorporates advanced SMT electronics and a plug-in electrochemical sensor based on micro fuel cell technology. This design is intended to be inherently stable and maintenance-free. The sensor uses capillary diffusion barrier technology, which results in a direct response to concentration and a low temperature coefficient, keeping it relatively unaffected by pressure.
The sensor detects gases that react at the electrode surface either by oxidation (e.g., CO, H2S, SO2, NO, H2, HCN, HCI, O2, C2H4O, SiH2, NH3) or by reduction (e.g., NO2, O3, CIO2, and Cl2).
