The Modular Speed Ramp: Pedestrian Crossings is a modular speed ramp system designed for slowing down traffic in lane areas and creating raised pedestrian crossings. It has a height of 10 cm. Manufactured from vulcanised rubber (wear layer), SBR rubber granulate, and PUR resin, it incorporates 3M reflective tape for visibility and metal reinforcement for assembly. It is available in black/red/white colours with white/yellow 3M reflective tape.

Installation & Maintenance

• The product should be installed in accordance with the instructions available on the manufacturer's website.
• It is recommended to drive over the speed ramp at an even speed in accordance with road traffic regulations to ensure effective protection of the vehicle against damage and proper function of the product elements.
• Braking on the speed ramp is prohibited.

Packaging & Storage

• Packaging: Products are packed in cardboard boxes on Euro pallets in quantities depending on the order. Each pallet includes a description with the product name, quantity, batch number, and packing date. Other packaging options are available upon request.
• Identification: Product information, including the date of production, is located on the underside of the product. Pallets are identified with the product name, quantity, pallet identification number, packing date, and quality control stamp.
• Storage: Products should be stored on pallets in protective film and shielded from external weather conditions. For longer periods, products may be stored only in closed, ventilated rooms without humidity, after removing the protective film. Maximum storage temperature is 40°C.
• Health, Safety and Fire Conditions: Storage and use of the product must meet all requirements for rubber materials.
