Hawle ISO Flange Adapter_datasheet
The Hawle ISO Pipe Flange Adapter (No. 5500 / 5530) provides restraint flange connections for PE pipes, designed according to EN 12201 and DIN 8074. Its flange is sized in accordance with EN 1092-2, drilled to PN 10 standard, with PN 16 available for DN 200 upon request for other standards. This adapter features a unique sealing and hold function that acts exclusively on the external diameter of the pipe. Corresponding to the line pressure and/or mechanical tensile forces, the seal and grip ring are pressed into a conical chamber, which increases its effectiveness. The adapter is made of ductile iron with an epoxy powder coating, with seals made of elastomer and a grip ring of POM.
Hawle ISO Pipe Flange Adapters (No. 5500/5530) are available for various flange DN and pipe diameters. Pressure ratings are generally PN 16, with PN 10 for DN 200 available on request. Other standards can be specified upon order.
