Product Overview

The HAWLE-E2 Valve is a resilient seated gate valve featuring a smooth, straight-through bore. It is available with flanges in accordance with EN 1092-2, drilled to various PN standards including PN 10, PN 16 (from DN 200), and PN 25. This valve is suitable for cleaning with a cleaning pig and can be operated by automatic actuators. It incorporates features like O-rings replaceable under pressure and ball bearings in the spindle seating to minimise closing forces. The E2 Valve is designed for easy actuation without bypass and without power boost, even for 16 bar differential pressure. It also allows for easy refitting of position indicators and automatic actuators on the standard bonnet. The valve features a duplex stainless steel spindle for enhanced durability.
