The Hammer-In Capsule M12 & 160mm Threaded Stud is an epoxy acrylate hammer-in capsule designed for use in solid concrete and some natural stone. This product is sold as a combo with a 160mm threaded stud, specifically for installing our Bolt-Fix bollards. It is an expansion-free product that allows for rapid installation and can achieve high loads.

Installation & Maintenance

• Drill the hole to the correct diameter and depth.
• Clean out the hole thoroughly by brushing and blowing to remove all drilling debris and dust.
• Insert the capsule into the drilled hole in the direction of the arrow.
• Hammer in the threaded stud.
• Allow the resin to cure for the appropriate time based on temperature and moisture.
• Attach the bollard to the stud.
