The Gebo Unifix Maxi is a range of stainless steel sealing clamps designed for the quick and permanent repair of broken, fractured, or porous water-bearing and gas-bearing pipes with a smooth surface. (Caution: For gas-bearing pipes, use is restricted to outside of buildings only). These clamps are made of 100% stainless steel 1.4301 (V2A) similar to AISI 304, ensuring high durability. For applications requiring higher resistance (e.g., wastewater treatment plants, chemical industry, increased chloride content), an option for V4A stainless steel is available. The unique design features bolts welded onto the clamp, making only the stainless steel bridge movable, which ensures no parts are lost during installation.

Customisation Options

• Clamp Part Configuration: Available as Maxi 1 (one part), Maxi 2 (two part), or Maxi 3 (three part) sealing clamps, depending on the pipe outer diameter.
• Installation Lengths: Choose from various installation lengths ranging from 150mm to 1000mm, with corresponding bolt quantities. To find the right installation length, add the size of the damaged area to the pipe diameter; for PE pipes, add 50% of this sum.
• Specialized Connections: Options include a Maxi with threaded outlet or a Maxi with flange connection.
• Material Grade: Option to choose V4A stainless steel for applications requiring higher resistance.
• Sealing Material: Choice between EPDM (for water) and NBR (for gas) sealing.
