Installation & Maintenance

• Installation: The Passenger Platform is comprised of four major components (SPS04, SPS44, Rubber Curb, Braille Tiles). Standard installation involves connecting SPS44 segments using T-connectors, drilling holes through openings, cleaning holes, and then screwing the flexible curb around the outer edge. For stacked platforms, additional SPS04 segments are assembled and secured on top of the base platform using double-ended threaded rods, bolts, and washers. • Maintenance: The durable construction from vulcanized rubber, SBR rubber granules, and PUR glue, along with metal reinforcement, ensures long-term performance. Reflective tape provides continuous visibility. Regular cleaning to remove debris is recommended to maintain optimal performance and aesthetics.
