The ColorMeter Ex PM 40 is an in-line absorption measuring device designed for use in explosive atmospheres (Ex areas). It features an innovative, compact design that separates the transmitter (Sender) and reflector, eliminating the need for an electrical connection between the two parts. This simplifies installation, operation, and maintenance. Features & Construction

• Measuring Principle: Absorption.
• Light Source: 1-3 configurable LEDs, wavelength range from 254 nm to 800 nm.
• Path Length: 3 mm to 160 mm.
• Pressure: Standard process pressure is 25 bar, with a maximum of 100 bar available depending on the measuring cell.
• Materials: Housing is made of Stainless Steel 1.4404 & 1.4462. Wetted parts are Stainless Steel 1.4404 & 1.4571, with Sapphire windows.
• Integrated Operation: Features an integrated display with a touchscreen, allowing simple operation directly or via a Point-to-Point connection to an Ex-protected smartphone or tablet.
