Product Overview

The Chemitec S494N is a family of membrane amperometric probes designed for the measurement of various types of oxidants in water. It features an integrated temperature sensor for automatic signal compensation, which ensures high accuracy across various conditions. The probes are robustly constructed and designed for flexibility, covering a wide range of measuring applications in water treatment and industry. Specific versions of the probe family can detect up to eight different parameters.

Installation & Maintenance

• Calibration: Recommended to be done once a week or whenever working conditions (concentration, temperature, or pressure) and/or the gel solution and/or the membrane are changed. A photometric reference method (DPD) is used.
• Electrolyte Solution: Should be replaced every 3-6 months.
• Membrane Cap: Should be replaced every 6-12 months.
