The Chemitec S480 UV/SAC 254 is a UV sensor designed for the determination of SAC254, CODeq, BODeq, and TOCeq in water. Key features include long-lasting UV-LED technology and a robust design. The sensor uses unique nano-coated windows combined with compressed air flushing for extended operating times without the need for cleaning. It is a reagent-free, real-time sensor that automatically performs turbidity compensation via a second measuring channel. The optical path length is adaptable to the application using various adapters, and through application-specific correlation, it can provide a direct output of BODeq, CODeq, TOCeq, and UVT.
