The Chemitec S480 UV Colour sensor is a low-cost device for reliable colour measurements. It features a robust, modular design that allows for adaptable optical path lengths, covering a wide range of applications. The sensor uses two different LEDs for stable long-term measurement of SAC or colour at various wavelengths. The second channel is dedicated to turbidity/background correction. The housing is made of robust materials, with an optional titanium housing available for use in aggressive media, such as those with high chloride concentrations. Low maintenance is achieved through a nano coating on the window and air blast cleaning capability.
