The Chemitec S480 UV CHL is a miniaturised, submersible fluorimeter. It is designed for the selective and highly precise measurement of substances such as Chlorophyll a, CDOM (coloured dissolved organic matter, yellow substances), phycocyanin in cyanobacteria, rhodamine, or fluorescein. The sensor ensures long-term stability through a combination of low power consumption and an innovative anti-fouling coating on the optical window. High-performance LED technology is used for fluorescence excitation, which compensates for ageing effects and temperature influences.
