Product Overview

The AquaScat S Mobile is an autonomous, portable turbidity measuring device that combines continuous turbidity measurement with high mobility. It provides access to critical information about the condition of sample water throughout the water treatment and distribution process. It is a field instrument with the highest accuracy and sensitivity on the market, operating in the mFNU range. The system consists of a robust, compact case housing the measuring components and the SICON operating unit.

Features & Construction

• Measuring Principle: 90 degrees scattered light according to standard ISO 7027/EN27027.
• Light Source: LED 860 nm.
• Probe: Mobile submersible probe housed in Stainless Steel 1.4571, PPSU, and Sapphire, with an IP68 protection class. It includes integrated temperature measurement.
• Display Unit (SICON): A full-featured operating unit (SICON) with a 1/4 VGA, 3.5" touchscreen for displaying measured values, measurement history, and configuration settings.
• Data Logging: Data can be logged and transferred via a USB interface. The SICON unit stores data for over 32 days.
• Accessories: Comes with an absorber to suppress ambient light.
