The Polyester 300ml Styrene Free resin is a two-part grey resin with a 10:1 ratio. It is suitable for use in a wide variety of base materials and is designed for installing threaded studs, rebar, or internal threaded sockets for structural applications. The product is manufactured by JCP Construction Products.

Installation & Maintenance

• Drill the hole to the correct diameter and depth.
• Clean the hole thoroughly by blowing and brushing to remove all debris.
• Attach the mixer nozzle to the cartridge and dispense the first part of the resin to waste until the color is consistent.
• Fill the hole from the bottom, approximately 1/3 to 1/2 full.
• Insert the stud into the base material by hand, using a twisting motion.
• Allow the resin to cure for the recommended load time.
• Attach the fixture and tighten with a torque wrench to the recommended torque.
